I have known Jon for a number of years and hunted with him in both Maine and Maryland. Maine is a great state with many hunting and fishing opportunities.  I lived up near the Canadian border for a number of years.  Deer are not very plentiful but the area is loaded with moose.  All the time I lived up there I never got drawn for a moose permit.  I moved to North Carolina and my number got drawn in 1997.  I got a small bull and hopefully at some point I will put that story up on the web.  I hope if you are planning or thinking about a trip to Maine that some of the information on my site is helpful to you.                                Good Hunting                                         -Moose-
